March 06 2024 | The Biafra Restoration Voice
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the most Fragile leader of over 70 million Biafrans globally. He is agitating for the freedom of Biafrans and by extension the freedom of Indigenous communities forcefully and criminally roped in a union by the imperialistic British government. A union that can be best described as the union of jackals, coyotes and humans in a thick dark jungle.
As a man endowed with heavenly wisdom, he is pursuing this audacious quest for the restoration of the ancient Kingdom of Biafra within the ambit of international and natural law; the UN charter for the rights of Indigenous people to pursue self-determination. I am comfortable with the fact that Nigeria is a signatory to that UN charter.
Based on above submission, it becomes illegal to arrest anyone on the basis of his or her association and identification with the Biafra restoration project so much as you cannot arrest anyone for claiming to be of Arewa or Oduduwa nationality.
IPOB through her erudite legal team has maintained a clean slate of victory in her court cases against Nigeria state. No member of IPOB has been convicted of any crime anywhere in Nigeria court.
The last appeal court judgement that discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a testimony and confirmation to the puritanical ideology employed by IPOB in her pursuit of freedom.
Nigeria, a British enclave that has historical antecedents of noncompliance to court orders and rule of law by the Executive arm of government which I may attribute to so many years of military incursion and seizure of political by military junta, who are not conversant with administrative law.
As the international communities monitor with keen interest the role Nigeria and Kenyan government played in the abduction, the extra rendition and illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), it is expedient to enlighten the stakeholders in this saga that should any evil befall Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in DSS custody, Biafrans may never be consoled or comforted not when we are aware of those who kidnapped him and those who are detaining him illegally and those benefiting from this illegality.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's mission goes beyond Biafra territory, he is a beacon of hope to so many Indigenous communities globally, who are seeking for freedom and self-determination within the ambit of the international law.
United Nation should act very quickly on Biafra referendum to restore the respect they once enjoyed among Indigenous population otherwise they will remain a useless organisation as a toothless bulldog if they join Britain in their criminal silence as many Indigenous communities are being wiped away by terrorists from Sahel region in different part of Nigeria and world.
Still a victim of extra rendition being denied freedom after an Appellant court discharged and acquitted him. This is a human right abuse and UN should act rightly to restore their dignity by compelling Nigeria immediately to do the needful.
