Few days ago, Mazi Mathias Ejiofor Ezeaku was whisked way from his worship centre; Amafor Civic Centre in Nkpor Agu - Anambra State by Nigeria security agents in a manner that suggests they are arresting Group of armed bandits in a robbery operation. Later on we heard from the grape vines, some media outfit and social media platforms that he was arrested because of the way he attacks Christian preachers and in fact, Christianity .
Some people even mentioned some men of God as being responsible for his arrest. If you believe such trash, then you are already a victim of fake and disjointed news from a jaundiced Lagos Ibadan highway media outfit known for peddling fake news.
In this content, we give you the benefit to dig out the truth by yourselves without stress , by humbly submitting our problem statements inform of questions.
1. Who arrested Mathias Ezeaku?
2. Who called for his arrest?
3. Since when did Nigeria government start caring for Christians to the extent of arresting those preaching against Christian Religion?
4. Why hasn't anyone been arrested for the killing and burning down Christian communities in Northern and Southern Nigeria?
5. Why was Mathias hurriedly released without his case being taken to court the same way the Buhari Regime released some Boko Haram Suspects/ terrorists without any Court appearance and tagged them Repentant Boko Haram?
My submission:
POLITICAL ANGLE:
1. Mathias was arrested by some people who are behind the Scene, to assess his popularity and to know how far the people have embraced his traditional teachings known as OMENANI.
They want to know the relationship between Mathias' followers and IPOB members so as to expand the scope of their arrest and clampdown.
They wanted to know whether his arrest can cause a major distraction to our call for MNK'S release.
FINANCIAL ANGLE:
They want to establish a link between Mathias and IPOB and and then see enough reason to confiscate his resources with the flimsy excuse that he is sponsoring IPOB with his resources.
RELIGIOUS ANGLE:
Mathias is viewed by those who arrested him as religious Preacher. And that alone is a major threat to the agenda of Religious extremists in the background. Those Christians who were rejoicing over the arrest of Mathias are very naive. They don't understand the game. They are only asking for their voice and support indirectly, to make a new policy banning public preaching of any Religion even on Social Media and using the case of Mathias and others as case study, and as people discovered to be causing problems with their religion.
When that is done, they will create an avenue to propagate their choice Religion using state apparatus which is not within your own reach at the moment. You can only be asked to go to court for interpretations. By the end of the entire scenario you will be caged as never before.
Those who have left the issue of Biafra Restoration to be attacking Religious bodies are giving the enemies enough reason to stifle their voices.
Nigeria is a British rogue state, so we need wisdom to thread with caution and march into our promise land .
