I watched a video clip two days ago on a social media platform; of young men brandishing assault rifle shooting sporadically at some commercial motorcycle and tricycle operators, hypocritically shouting "Nnamdi Kanu must be released", "Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must be released". In the process a lot of people were shot by these hoodlums. The incident according to the video clip happened in Abakaliki Ebonyi state.
Do we keep quiet while our people are being slaughtered by these agents of Satan as they peacefully go about their normal businesses? IPOB has the potentials to defend our people and our land and should rise up to the occasion albeit tactfully, because these renegades have ulterior motives: -
1. One they want to stage a war between IPOB and those who claimed that the Simon Ekpa is bringing new dimension in to the struggle.
2. They want to drag ESN out of the bushes and forests and expose them to Nigeria security forces.
3. They want the international community to conclude that we are not matured enough to govern ourselves through our pursuit of self-determination.
4. They want our people to lose interest in the Biafra restoration project.
5. They want to justify the wrongly tagging of IPOB as terrorists organisation and the wrong inclusion in Global Terrorism Index (G.T.I) of IPOB as a terrorist organisation with Boko Haram, Al-Qaeda, ISIS etc.
Whoever is bankrolling these hoodlums trying to enforce sit at home for seven days is Biafra land is not working for the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu neither are they fighting for the restoration of Biafra.
These men attacked our people in Abakaliki without being confronted by any security agent but IPOB members who were demonstrating without arms were killed in Aba by combined team of Army and Police few months ago.
IPOB has the potentials to defender our people and I know it should be done tactfully. I still maintain that anyone that sheds innocent blood in our land is instantly cursed by the spirits that guard our land and he or she will pay with his or her own blood at the appropriate time.
