Belshazzar, a maximum ruler in Medes and Persia, whose laws never changed, who neither had a tittle of God’s fear nor regarded the sanctity of the vessels of His house, once had a vision. During his reckless and godless feast, he crossed the Rubicon by tampering with the holy vessels of God's house.
As a result of the provocation that he stirred in God Almighty by his act of impunity, a hand appeared on the wall, writing clear but undecipherable message, which was later read as “Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin”.
The king could see, but was neither able to read nor interpret the handwriting on the wall. He fidgeted in trepidation to the point that his knees smiting each other, and in the process, he quickly sought for his seers and magicians. To his own consternation and bewilderment, his magicians and seers could not decipher the handwriting on the wall, having been beclouded with enormous delusions in the corridors of power.
In his anxiety, the king enquired further for any reliable help. It was at this point that a saintly man, whose name was Daniel, was recommended unto him. This Daniel, in whom dwelt EXCELLENT SPIRIT, resolved the complications of the secret writing.
However, the king (Belshazzar) was not yet ready to repent, but to give rewards to Daniel for interpreting the writings in the vision, just like Nigerian politicians who reduce everything to monetary or political gratification, which prompts them to be so enmeshed in viewing issues from the prism of trade by barter, (bribe), so long as they will have some latitude to continue in their shamelessness and impunity.
The politicians in the Eastern part of the country have seen the handwriting on the wall, but it is very obvious that they could not comprehend it. Their seers and magicians have undoubtedly failed, like in the days of Belshazzar. However, they have refused the wise counsels of numerous Daniels. We have continued to wonder the kind of water of delusion this set of men and women are wriggling in, like tadpoles, that numerous harbingers of new dawn couldn’t wake them from slumber.
These politicians (some of them with stomach protrusions filled with selfishness and greed, like the one disgraced in Alaba International Market, some with lizard stomach in their failing chameleonic nature), have not learnt anything in military operations code-named Python Dance One, Two and Three, and the resilience of their target, (the Eastern Youths).
It is not hidden that these politicians have marked out the Youths for destruction, while they (the politicians) are grooming their own children, who are schooling abroad, to take over from them in servitude of no other, but their usual caliphate masters.
These targeted youths of the East (Biafra) have been severally dehumanized, maimed, and killed by security forces (who are most likely to be "repentant" Boko Haram terrorists enlisted in the army), as we are all aware that terrorism is inherent in their character.
The so-called army killed unarmed people praying in Ngwa High school in Aba, and other such enclosed places such as Enugu, Nkpor junction, Nnamdi Kanu’s place of birth, Umuahia, in Obigbo in Port Harcourt (where they went from house to house, killing some parents in the presence of their children, and some children in the presence of their parents), and so many other secret killings, imprisonment, and torture.
Currently, the carnage going on in the upland part of Biafra land, which is commonly called five south east states is beyond comprehension. As if the ongoing massacre in upland part of Biafra is not enough, the self-acclaimed leaders of the East, assembled by the so-called Governors who always paid the piper, as they continue to dictate the tune in servitude of FUNAM (Fulani Nationality Movement), unleashed another Operation Python Dance kind of military operation on their youth, which in their subtility they have code named "Operation Golden Dawn”.
These politicians that are desperate to serve their slave masters have invited the military again, to confront these set of youths who are desperate for freedom and survival, and as such, are very resilient in their determination. Remember what an Abuja based Pastor told them before now, but they refused to listen. Now, it is almost there, the door is about to be shut for any possible dialogue.
The “Golden Dawn” military operation is about to enthrone the youths of the East to the position of envy. Then, the politicians will reap what they sowed. Since they seem to be spellbound in their slavery to the Sokoto Seat of power, they have the option of relocating there, or self-immolation, to appease for the blood they wasted in their love for national cake (money) like Judas, one of the twelve.
Following all the present happenings in the East, the deaf should not be informed that the market is set. The dog that would go missing, will no longer perceive available favourite food.
What kind of madness or insensitivity is this? Youths are seen voicing and acting out their disgust of oppressions, subjugations, looting of public funds, nepotism, tribalism, favouritism, total exclusions, lack of development and intended perpetual enslavement of their tribe, but tribesmen, fronted as politicians, are spearheading or covertly acquiescing the dispossession of their ancestral lands, raping of their women, burning of their homes, destruction of their crops and farmlands, and all these are evident. Now, you want to intimidate them with guns? And those who refuse to be intimidated are abducted, imprisoned, tortured and killed?
These men who know not the signs of the time, who could not read between the lines are cursed.
Far be it from me to have anything to do with such big flies that follow the corpse to the grave.
It can be clearly seen in these youths the determination to change the status quo, indomitability, uncommon bravery, resilience of character, adequately focused, unbribable in business. Their slogan is very remarkable “Give us our own nation or we perish".
Among those that used similar slogans in the Bible, not one of them failed; viz Ruth, Esther, Rebecca, etc. I can bet with all the Mundane, they cannot fail. If when they had not mounted self-defence, they were not deterred, is it now that they could defend themselves voluntarily against involuntary army of inanimate administration in unjust mission? Who really want to shed his blood for the country of injustice? Your children or your posterity will never forgive you to have willingly made them fatherless and your wives widows, for fighting unjustly.
Eastern politicians, your days are numbered, as you continue to betray yourselves, swinging from one party to the other. It is baffling that the Ihiala experience, which should have taught you some indelible lessons, appears to have left you more entrenched in myopism and hollowness.
Extricate yourselves from your servitude, as the window is about to close for any pardon consideration. Make hare now at the almost setting of the sun. You are sufficiently warned. Otherwise men will laugh at your calamitous end soon, and it is coming like a whirl wind.
